  Hey there not been on here much, have a new bike have had it a while now, had it up to Glentress the other week, was peeing with rain and muddy as hell but had a good run but was knackered....really need to get a bit fitter.

  No i've not been out to much my m8 i normally go cycling with just had his first kid and my kid just turned 1 a couple days after that so just cycle to work every day. The weather up here isn't to bad just a bit of frost early morning but not to bad at all.

  Hi how's it going? i've not had much of a chance to get on here lately or to do some biking, how much did yer man manage to raise for charity? hope he got a few donations, he probably owes you a bottle of wine for helping.
  Got myself a new bike a mondraker foxy, feels pretty good but only really had it out once as my biking buddy is expecting his first kid, was due the 24th so think she will probably go the 2 weeks over.
  Out for my Bday tonight at least woop woop.
