  It's taken the bruises 6 days to come through, there's some good'ns too!lol But I'm good mate. I think i'll relist the bike mate, I've still got all the info. Hoping to do the trails in the summer, I've done the local countryside where I am, bridle ways etc.. bit boring. I've lost a bit more weight and so has the bike (new wheels), so I'm ready to go. It doesn't help that I don't drive :o(
