  google acton town and its a big park just south-west of it, the actual jumps are south of the park near lionel road north or something similar can't remember the name of the top of my head. If you ride on the path round the park you can't miss the bike section. Also some stair gaps and stuff on north side of the park. I ride there often let me know when your going and i could meet up with you.

  gunnersbury park is off hope lane in ealing, if you want to get the train there, just come out of ACTON TOWN tube station and turn left, you cant miss it...
