Hi, Thats good mate I`m glad ur back on the bike (literally!) I`ve been doing loads of downhill I sold most of my XC bike and have just had my new freeride hardtail frame delivered. Its well lush. Check out my DH bike in rate ur ride. we`ll have to go for a rip sometime.

huh? You arent getting the glory? You`ll get something I`m sure. I went to Brechfa 2day and did the Black run and Red runs looped together, about 26 miles I`m knackered. About a mile in I fell off a log and landed all my weight on my arm I`m lucky I didnt break it.
