  Hello tallzie. If you are having problems with any users in future you should use the "report user" feature or "report comment" feature. You don't have to put up with bullying from other users. Please don't contact or interact with the user mattyzm any more. Let one of the site team know if mattyzm contacts you or if you feel harassed by him.

  umm if you are gunna do it yourself i cant help as u need to strip the bike down to just the frame, get the old paint off, respray and protect it, then re build the bike which if done wrong, will F*** the bike up as the BB wont fit in anymore and you may damage the bearing
