i know it fairly well.. I start in YHA car park, go up steep sheep track, ride the steady grass track climb then left down into first (main) valley. Up track from car park, half way up do single track decent. Back up road all way, then down grass track Minton Batch bit to farm yard, back onto road to car park....

Hi Mate, let me know when, I'm in Derby but possibly back Saturday night.. Not sure at the minute. long Mynd is good, the climb is up a road so is easy but long... park in the YHA car park, not the main one.
