If you’re around Tamworth with a freeride bike your best bet is Stile Cop DH, which is part of Cannock chase. It’s about ½ hour away but by far the best local spot. You should find the directions on moredirt, look for Cannock black DH. I’ll pm you my number and I can give you full directions if you want to give me a call. I’d come and join you if I could get out of work but there’s no chance of that. I’ll probably be there Thursday. Have a good one.

Hello there Mr Badger, Hopwas is ideal for an evening ride if you’re local. It’s no good if it’s wet though. It’s pretty easy to find but you need to know the good trails when you’re in the woods, there are some good runs. But if you make the wrong trail choices it can be a bit of crap ride. Give me a shout if you are about and I’ll give you some pointers.
