Hi. Sorry I've been so busy I never replied. You asked where I ride. So far I've only put a couple of spots as my local trails like rampworx, delamere forest, railex near southport etc but I'm moving down south near to chicksands and woburn for a year so I'm hoping to get into riding properly down there. There's not really that much for us up in liverpool is there? You just gotta make do with anywhere you find - even build something yourself but idiots always knock things down or get you kicked off.

Sorry mate. Did not mean to put the message on your homepage 3 times. I was looking at what bike you had and impatiently hit the refresh button twice to get me back to your homepage. Computers eh?

Hi mate.
Best place to ride within (car) reach of Liverpool is Llandegla.

Its near wrexham so about an hour away through the tunnel. I don't know your level of competance but the black run does not have any massively scary features and the first two descents are top notch. Fast rather than technical which is exactly my cup of tea. There are Red and blue routes if you don't feel ready for the black.

went the marin trail today. bets-y-coed. 25km it was mainly steep climbs up fire roads with some very rocky singletrack. not enough downhill for my liking really. good exercise and nice scenery though. going grizedale for a demo day next sunday. that's a trail centre in the lake district. get to test out about 8 or 9 different bikes for free through bikeradar.com. where do you ride at? what sort of riding do you like?
