Sorry if they're a bit dodgy in some places, if you reach the woods, you're pretty close :P If you're going up today I might meet you ;) See you soon :)

Read my other post first! Carry on through the path of your choice (left or right) until you reach a wooden bridge thing (plank?), cross it and head up. Before you reach the fallen tree ahead, you should see a post with a yellow arrow, go that way and head behind the fallen tree, you should see a bench and a swing. Pass the swing and go up the path up the left (theres a barbed wire fence thing-sorry not many things to help here). Carry on going up, and keep looking left, you should see a very small jump on the left, you can go down there, and reach a few jumps, or you can go up the path until you reach the gate at the top of the forest and have a run down. Alot of this is finding your own way around, if you keep on going down you will eventually find a way out. If you reach the bit with the roll-down, keep going and you can join up with the main rd. Sorry for taking ages, and I hope you understand my directions. See you soon!!!

Sorry for the really long wait mate I've been busy! Anyway, from Taffs Well station, you come out and infront of you is a bridge, go across it and carry on until you reach a road (Main Rd). Turn right here and continue and pass 2 turns to the right (Riverglade, Heol Berry) and turn on the 3rd turning, continuing up Main Rd. You should see a sign for the Gwaelod-y-Garth inn on the left. Carry on up the road, up the hill, passing the school, chapel and continuing until you reach the pub. At the pub, turn left and head up the road (It's quite steep ;) On your right, after the pub's car park, continue up, passing the house, there should be a turning, turn here. If you reach the corner, you've gone too far. Once you've taken the correct turning, continue up the road, you should reach a stream. Cross the stream, and carry on, the path should split into two sections, any one will do. (note at the moment theres a tree in the way but it's easy to go around)

when the lever nearly comes to the bar thats when the pads need changing, well thats when i change them and it seems to keep them sweet

i've never had to bleed them, but sometimes the pads glaze up and you have to whip them out and scrub them with either emery cloth or on the concrete, chances are they just need new pads if you have never replaced them before. I do 2 sets a year and i dont brake at all apart from when im stopping lol

you could probs get the little bolts from a good hardware store or car accessories shop, as for pedals your not really gona find anything as light as the v12 apart from the shimano pedal but you`ve not got the choice of colours, i`d say if you like v12`s stick with them, you need to be happy with your feet, oh and no the pins dont come with the plates
