Its looking like a £75 job to ream and sleeve the bb thread with a 10 day turnaround! and will find out after work hopefully when i pop into the engineering place how much to remove the broken bolt from the forks/possibly a couple pennies... then i will send them off to be serviced while the frame is on holiday...guh! -

Yeah the bike thing is a bit pish... got problems with the BB threads now too, definetly feel cursed! Not sure what im gonna do about it yet... Oh, what DIY projects have you got? And anything exciting for your hols?

I have been on holiday in spain, which was awesome!
Since ive been back managed to snap a bolt into my forks brake mount rendering it crapio! Riding a full suss with only a back brake sucks big time!

here in Brazil is very different from Europe has many hills and mountains here in Brazil also, mainly in Rio de Janeiro in all cities and neighborhoods here have a lot of hills and mountains, are much more likely to mean negative ?? However, there are large compared with the mountains you have in your country or other countries like Canada, the two biggest clues we have in Brazil that i know is 3.20 minutes here in state of Rio de Janeiro ( the city: Macaé ) and another in state of Santa Catarina ( in the City: Balneario Camboriu ), there must be others, but i do not know, this is a more than three minutes. I go their country and other countries like Canada and New Zealand that i love and one day i will for sure.
understehas many more trails here in Rio de Janeiro rather tds forms of natural, artificial built by nois and many others.
