Overall it sounded like a decent weekend for ya both!
I wasn't up to much, grounded myself, then half way through figured I couldn't do that much on the course work due to one thing and another and got peed off that I didn't go for a ride down the quay side first thing!
So from now on, when the suns out, I'm out! -

Not with the bikes. I went for a 5 mile run round Chopwell this morning then done the same route again with John strapped to my chest and Claire in tow. Was good, saw parts of Chopwell I didn't know about.
