    defo goina get my ass to chicksands at some point then, been rideing over 14yrs on and off started with a a hardtail just pissing about,then doing huge all day bike rides in n out of the woods just trail stuff and the odd down hill years ago, but sliped a disc which i dint ride for about 4yrs n got lazy, it own been these 2 yrs ive stared again i got on my hardtail for a ride, but fk did it kill me,but remember why i liked it so much so i sold the bike saved up a little bit of money for the bike and bit n bobs and started from strach again, i dont know what it is the my skinky has given me the confidence to do stuff i would norally wouldnt do now i just want to do more again fking love it and my bike..lol what about yourself

    try these www.cleveland bikespray.co.uk www.argoscycles.com in bristol srm engineeing which do motorcycles but they might do your bike frame allso its in wales but wales its a big place so dont know if its near you.

    glad you like the idea,its your idea just bounced off it. thinking about it it would look smart,my other idea was some spokey dokeys as for the cost fk knows, i do it myself so its easy for me.i seen some people spray from a can from halfords, not thats a bad thing ..thats were i started, but now i would strip the whole bike but it in an acid bath to get the old paint off, ecth it, then 2pk primer it, bake it, paint it 2pk white gloss, bake it, then mask off the lines of the flames to spray it 2pk gloss black then take off the masking and hey nearlly all done the last thing is to spray it with a 2pk lacuaer so it would be mega glossy..as where i ride i got woods near me so spend most of my time in there, lots of single track, abit of downhill too, but i have to ride up hill to get to the woods on the road, allso there is a littie dirt jump up the top of my road take 2mins to get there+another one that i just been told about last wk just around the coner i wana go to chicksands

    black and silver would look cool,but seems that you have white rims, i have an idea for ya how about white flames,but outlined not filled in?? as for the respray im gona do it ive worked industrial spraying powercoating wet spray, now i just wet spray for a lighting company doing lamposts etc been doing it over 10years

    hey man,glad ur digging the bike, yeah the dropoffs are resprayed the same as the bike which is a cream/white....been thinking about getting some new forks deffo triple ones again.. if i do that then im go'a respary her, got a few ideas, the one i got at the mo is painting the frame,arms white then paint some old school flames gold at the front, but you can only see the flames in a cerntain light,like them cars that change colour as they go past you.but on another light she look all white.. not sure how im gona do it yet lol..

    yeah the 888's in white will look awesome on it. im jealous already! and i got my frame fixed! it cost me 200 quid for a replacement chainstay from kona. i think it was a rip off. chain reaction sell the same part, but for a coiler not a stinky, for £50. i just couldnt find the part for my stinky anywhere, so i had no choice but to pay them for it. at least my bike works now though. but i dont know if it will just happen again. i hope not. i also split my 06 888's before, but the 08 stuff is meant to be stronger so you should be alright. its definatly worth upgrading the forks though, the 888 look so much better on this bike than the drop offs.
