im origionaly from deepest darkest cumbria now residing in birmingham!!
aint actualy got my bike yet, still waiting for my work to get there ass into gear, (ride2work scheme) there seriously taking the piss at the mo!!!
ive got my eye on a kona four "if it hasnt been sold out by the time my work say buy it"
anyways, totaly new to the scene im an ex motocross rider and only used to kicking about on the streets on a bmx as a kid, but hey ho, ill give this mountain biking crak a shot.

Yeah, that ones more like a XC bike. A hardtail will be fine for riding round Cannock, but you will need some better forks if you want to ride downhill. Depends what you want to do with the bike, you will probably find a XC bike too light and flexy for anything knarley.
