Hi mate. Nice one for posting about the seat post. The treks sweet by the way. Im also running my cable underneath my top tube attached to the brake line with cable ties, ive got mine tight though. Now ive also got one underneath my post clamp with the cable running up the front of the seat post, the tie is also tight on that one aswell, so the problem im having is when i droP the post i have the excess cable popping out sideways. It doesnt get in the way but doesnt look the best, was wondering where your excess cable goes when the post is fully dropped, does it come out at the handle bars with you having the cable ties loose?

Hope it all goes well mate. We are up at inners in september for a week so hopefully get some downhill in as well as the bike park. May even have to do a trail if im forced to. I dont like riding up if i can help it lol
