Well if your looking for a short and very technical ride lee quarry is your ride(you can do laps) (http://adrenaline-gateway.co.uk/LeeQuarry.aspx), if your looking for an xc ride but with some excellent singletrack and burms etc. Longridge fell is more local really and is alot of flowing singletrack which is also great
