Head out of Wigan on Wigan Lower Road, go through Standish lower ground and before you get to the S bends there is a gated entrance on your right to path up a small hill, go up the hill and turn right at the top then tun right again and you will see the jumps near the bottom of a hill.
Type 53.565103, -2.676449 into google maps to get the exact location.
