    Hi Dan, Like Arctic303 says Epping is mainly XC. Me and my Pal (Mudchute) went there for the day and had a good explore. Experienced/semi pro riders may find it a bit boring. At High Beach there were loads of people walking dogs/picnics etc.

    Dan - Epping is mainly XC trails, but there are some jumps and drops if you know where to look. Places to get started are Loughton Camp, Pole Hill plus some dirt jumps just north of High Beech.
