i had at least 10 years experience as a bike mechanic in 2 well known local shops, erm, i try my best to know as much as i can about everything bike related, as well as technical, need a good personality and be able to get along with a wide (very) spectrum of people, be very anal about everything, ya have to take perfectionism to another level too cos every second counts on the world cup circuit, have to be able over come problems as quickly as possible, sometimes with very few tools, and sometimes not even the right ones, be able to take critisism too, if something goes wrong with the bike its your fault regardles.
