    hi adz - my names Mike and I hail from Workington. I've ridden bits of Setmurthy but am having trouble finding the top of the downhill run (don't want to walk the trail in reverse and get in folks way). Can you tell me where the top is? And maybe I'll see you up there :) Cheers
