  setmurphy is great, really technical dh, only problem i find with setmurphy is that it is now getting to be like a maze of tracks ! so you might push up 1 track but end up coming down through some sections you didnt see on your way up, unless your really good at remembering !! lol but it is definatly worth a a run as you would enjoy yourself there if you like the DH scene

  Ae is a great place, i love it there and at innerliethen also, i also ride at setmurphy at cockermouth which is good, yeah i looked at mabie on youtube and it put me off going there ! way too pedally,
