Spinny Wood - Yorkshire & Humberside

Spinny Woods is located at Ripon approx 12 miles from Harrogate.

The wood has been used for biking for a good few years now and we hope to get plenty more years out of the wood which is why riders must respect the place and keep it tidy.

The trails are maintained by a few hardcore locals that welcome new riders along and encourage them to help maintain and create the tracks and features.

The existing features are mainly of a freeride/slopestyle nature with step downs, step ups, ladders drops and big gaps, there are also some well made dirtjumps.

Some of the bigger features are not learner friendly and should be respected and treated as such.

The place in general is suitable for a wide range of bikes from dj hardtails to full on dh rigs.

Please keep a eye on the community forum for any dig days we may have.

Newcomers would be best off asking a local for a hook up to avoid dissapointment.
