Trail Description

Hopwas Woods has a mixture of mountain riding consisting of natural single track, dirt tracks and some short steep descents. There are a couple of small bomb holes and some leafy forest sections. You need to explore and get to know the place a bit to get the best out of it. Good as a local ride but don’t expect the flow of a man made trail centre. Not too good in the wet the lower sections get a bit boggy.

Sometimes the army train in these woods so if the red flag is flying give it a miss. Don’t worry there are warning signs at the entrance if training is in progress.
