Trail Description

Elnup Woods mountain bike trail near Shevington is a 9km route, which has a nice easy start, with some good rhythm sections. The trail continues with some steep climbs, woodland drop offs and chutes. The trail is not yet mapped but will be soon.

Elnup Wood is a 17.50 hectare wood situated in the valley of the Mill Brook and is part of a group of woods; 35 hectares in size; known collectively as John Pits Woods, so there is plenty of places to explore and a great place for mountain bikers to ride and train.

John Pits Woods is also home to a dirt jump section in an abandoned pit, which is worth a visit if you are in the area.
