Golspie - Black Trail
The Golspie black trail shares the red-graded route until the main forest road is reached at the top of "Cat's Climb". This provides an excellent warm up for entering "Fox Farm", a narrow singletrack climb with stone features now more frequent and interesting. Still time to enjoy the occasional view and forest wildlife and to build some confidence for things to come.

Trail/Track Location
Head up to Scotland via the M6/M74 and follow signs for Stirling. From there join the A9 and head north. Pass through Perth and by Aviemore then keep going through Inverness and beyond until you enter Golspie town. It is about one hour north of Inverness. The car park is on the left in the main street, by the public toilets (signposted)
