Fetteresso (Swanley) Trail
Fetteresso Forest Mountain Bike Trail near Stonehaven (Swanley), has some great technical trails/singletrack well worth a visit, this has all been built by local riders and they have done a fantastic job. Only problem is actualy finding the trails on your first visit as they are not marked.

Trail/Track Location
Fetteresso lies between Stonehaven, Banchory and Fettercairn. This small car park near the public road has an information board, and a white waymarked Forest Trail which leads 3.5km through the forest before joining a larger blue waymarked Forest Trail called the Trusta Loop. If driving on the Slug Road between Banchory and Stonehaven, take the unclassified road to your right approx. 1.25 km past the power line, follow this road for approx. 5 km and the entrance is sign posted on your right.
