Trail Update: The Goldburn Hill side of Abbeyford Woods is currently closed while the Forestry Commission carry out essential felling work. Most of the existing shore has been removed, and will be rebuilt providing local riders get the required support.
Goldburn Hill northshore site is located at Abbeyford Woods in Okehampton.
The first part of the existing course is relatively easy, and is no higher than 3ft, giving people new to such riding a chance to test their skills without going up to the maximum 4ft.
The course then steps up a level, with a see-saw onto a 4ft section, which then splits, with an easy and a harder option.
The easy section rolls down to ground level then climbs back up to 4ft, where there is a see-saw and a roll off. The harder section has a challenging rollercoaster, followed by a see-saw back to ground level.

Please note: Distance is calculated as air distance or "as the crow flies" the most direct route between two points, so the distance by road maybe slightly longer.
