Castle Coch Woods
Castle Coch Woods has a mixture of everything, really good singletrack, rocky descents (some quite nasty), some fast descents without rocks but very slippery.
There are lots of natural jumps and there is the occasional manmade jump been built too (you have to find them though!)
There is also a heavily built up short DH run to be found too.
