Epping Forest Trails
Epping Forest mountain bike trails is a great summer trail, which can get very muddy if it has rained a lot recently, but is still great fun anyway. Follow the trail in the direction of Chingford (Map available at Information Centre). You can more or less find your own route back as there are plenty of singletracks to choose from.
