Trail Description

The Middlebrook Trail is a 7.4km long route that takes you along a toe path that follows the Middlebrook from Queens Park in the centre of Bolton all the way to the Reebok Stadium in Horwich and is the perfect way to travel by bike between the two towns.

About Half way along the trail at Lostock train station there is a sort stretch that takes you along Regent Road, this leads you to the golf course and is just over 1/2km.

The route is well sign posted and suitable for riders of all abilities.
