Greensands Bike Park
UPDATE: Sorry we won't be open in 2011. Major engineering works stopped play and tracks and jumps have been removed. Thanks for all the support in 2010.
Greensands Bike in Bedfordshire has just opened the doors to a 41 acre site in Bedfordshire that has an excellent 4X track, dual track, pump track, jump track and dirt jumps.
The tracks have been under construction since the beginning of the year and have been trialled and refined with the help of pro-riders to ensure they're of a great standard.
They have also got a lot more planned and have just started on another dual track to keep offering more and more to MTB riders.
They are now open daily at a cost of just £3, with cold drinks available every day and at weekends we do a BBQ too. Helmets are compulsory and helmet hire is available.

The site is 2 miles away from the train station in sandy and easy to find -from the station go past the rspb headquarters then take the first right hand turn into Carthagena Road- the site's on the left after a couple of hundred yards. Open every day from 10am with cold drinks for sale and BBQ etc at weekends too.
