Cumbernauld Glen Mountain bike track is Scotland's first mile-long urban mountain bike trail, which provides users with the option of three different routes, graded by difficulty, as well as a skills loop for training.
The trail 1.4km blue loop, with 180m red section, 30m black section and a 110m skills loop.
There is also a small BMX track, and lots of singletrack trails through the woods, with drops, roots, jumps and some really steep parts.
Can get really muddy in winter but super dry in the summer/autumn. Great place for messing around in.
