Why does the site keep asking me to join, even though I am a member?
A common problem some of our users have is that our site depends on cookies in your computer
to remember that you are a member. The cookie on your PC may have been deleted, or your browser
may be set not to allow cookies. What you can try to do is log-on again here in the Login panel on
the homepage by entering your username and password into the boxes below the words 'Members Login'
After you have logged on, you will be able to access all parts of the site.
I have more than one membership. I want to remove one. What do I do?
The best thing to do in this case is to e-mail info@moredirt.co.uk
and ask us to delete your second membership.
The site won't let me access certain parts of the site even though I am a member. Why not?
Are you sure you're logged on? Log-on again in the panel on the homepage by entering your username and password
into the boxes below the words 'Members Login'. After you have logged on, you will be able to access all parts of the site.
If you are still having problems it may be that your computer is set to reject cookies. If that's the case you'll
need to change your computer settings as this site requires enabled cookies in order to fully function

Member product & trail reviews
Do I need to be a member to use the review section?
You don't need to be a member to browse the member review section, but you do need to be a
member to post your own reviews. You can join the site here.
How do I edit or delete one of my reviews?
At the moment there is no facitlity for editing reviews, or for posting updates. If you have made a
mistake on a review you have just submitted then you can use the 'alert the moderator' link by your review
to request a correction. Please do not do this to change the tone of your original review at a later date, however.
What do I do if I find an abusive or exceedingly poor review?
The review system is designed to allow bike riders to share their informed opinion on how the trails and
products they own and use perform.
Occasionally some members write reviews of products that they clearly don't own, or which they dismiss
or glorify in a couple of words with no real basis for their opinion given. If you spot a review like this
then help us keep the reviews useful by using the 'alert the moderator' link below the weak review so that we can remove it.

community. Unfortunately, occasionally some members may break the code of conduct and post offensive or abusive
messages. If you see a post or thread that you think may need removing, please use the 'report this thread to
the moderator' link at the end of the thread and let us know where the problem is.

My image or video hasn't appeared on the site, what happened?
When images & videos are submitted to the site they are checked for suitability for publication. There may be some
delay in this, but we aim to publish everything within 24 hours.
If your pic or video hasn't appeared after some time then the most likely explanation is that it hadn't been
submitted properly. If you submit the form without including the file name, or forget to submit the form
altogether then your picture will not appear.
