Hey mate I'm genuinely interested in this. I'm pretty sure my 40's are in need of a service now, the seals are just starting to go. Can you give me a rough quote to service (and possibly change out the spring from hard to medium, but I have the spring when I bought them)

Also, I forgot to ask first. Honestly, how hard is it? I have good mechanical skills from working on bikes, cars, motorbikes etc, but never done any work on suspension before.

Ill get a deffo price on the seals and pm u tonight would like heavy or light oil in heavy recomend is 7.5w but i like to use a 10w (last bit longer) as for changing the spring if you got them its not really any more work so its not a problem if you need me to get the spring let me know and ill get a price.

serviceable yes worth doin no.
when the cart pops out like that its nodout killed the tread in the crown and so on so i wouldnt recomend it but if u want to spend the coins ill do it but it prob cost close to a new set of them anyway so i realy wouldnt bother.
