my mate sent me a link the other day

cheap and looks as though it has the potential to be quite good...... any1 see any flaws as im sure there must be but i havent seen any yet - obviously it depends on how sensitive it is as wether just the wind could set it off - but htat cant be told unless u actuly had 1

Looks like a good idea, im sure it would deter someone from stealing your bike

The only bad points i can see are:

Alarm only sounds for 15seconds,, repeats 5 times? Well if the thief is quick they could ride away and you still would not catch them..Or they could simply throw it into a van and drive off. that said, it would be a lot more effective providing your bike is chained up aswell..

Its plastic, one swift swipe with a hammer will break it off.. Or wedge a screwdriver inbetween it and force it off.. I imagine it would break off easily enough..

Is it waterproof?
How much does it weight if you ride with it attached to your bike.

yh they all good points

but for a fiver attatched 2 your chain

surely its worth it ?
i think my mate will get 1 so ill see how his is Smile

by the way everyone who asked is it water proof? it says on the website.

- Waterproof – attach permanently to your bike without worrying about having to remove it in bad weather

just though i would let people know lol!
