ummm dont no never been swinley, whats it like? not sure if they have anyting demanding/fast pace or big air etc
was thinking eshor or aston hill, woburn or chicksands
If needed i have some spare knee/shin gards {661,troy lee} spare you could borrow to get on the track.
eshor is good but so small , ,never tried aston but as its more specific downhill its a good practice track or chicksands iv kinda done everything there but can never get bored there.
ill have a look what swinleys like and get back to you

I never been swinley so would not no what its like, chicksands has a great duel track and pump track what would be great to learn on, its a track that the more you go down the more faster you seem to get, great for using your body/arms to pump down ect.
i have bit of a vid of the track on my youtube if you want to see what its like MRDEME113
aston would be a bit much i think if you wish to adapt to your bike a bit better as its new.
eshor is great but small so is more about the woodern beams and balance and short runs down.
we need to practice kinda long bursts down ,controlled breathing as i seem to hold my breath when tottally going for it, and keeping the speed up to flow. well thats the plan!!
As for the urban dh yes your more than welcome to come still, Have you paid the entry? was you going to enter or tag along, eather way it doesnt matter it should still be great.
As for friday ,do you drive ? would i be picking you up? whats the plan? i suppose swinley would be ok just think chicksands it worth the little extra drive. £5to ride although never been anyone there to take my money weekdays in the past!
Im easy buddy as longs im out riding

swinley is good but you have to do a fair bit of cycling between the good bits, if you have not been before you might end up going around looking at the scenery alot!!! as i did the first few times i went there.
going to see if i can get the day off work on friday,

you should try come down on friday!
so how did you pick up you injury? was it through cycling, i had a big crash last year screw my shoulder up, but the thing that pisses me off the most is the chunk of confidence it took out of me, ive only been back on the bike now for a few months now and struggeling to get my confidence back to throw my self off a big drop. but yeah it will be great if we could get a few people to come on friday to do a few drops and jumps, so just let us know if you going to join.
